Do you offer copywriting services?
It depends on the project. If copywriting is required, we have a team that can create high-quality, search engine-optimised content. If a client already has content, we will refine it and enhance the structure and messaging to improve clarity and engagement.
Do you provide development services, or just design?
Currently, we focus solely on design services. However, we plan to offer fully functional website development using Framer in the future.
How are payments structured?
The payment process is divided into two phases: we require a 50% upfront payment to secure your spot, and the remaining balance is due upon finalizing the design.
How do we share insights and updates?
Our workflow is straightforward, making it easy to stay aligned. You will receive regular updates and prompt responses, with feedback provided directly in Figma or via Slack, Discord, or WhatsApp. Calls are optional for situations that require additional clarity and quick resolution.
Will we receive updates daily/weekly, or only at key milestones?
Our workflow is designed to be transparent, allowing you to choose your level of involvement. You will always be kept informed about ongoing activities, and we will have weekly calls for synchronisation and updates. We prefer brief, goal-oriented calls, reserving longer discussions for special occasions or urgent topics that require attention.
How many revisions are included in your proposal? How do you handle requests outside the initial scope?
We will accommodate as many revisions as you need within the project timeline, your project window. There is no long-term contract: If you request changes after the project is finalized, those will incur additional costs.
What if I require updates after the launch?
We will provide support for minor fixes for one week post-launch. After that, any further requests will require a discussion and a new contract.
Will I receive a refund?
Each project involves dedicated resources from our team, so we are unable to provide refunds for the time spent on work. However, we will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with the final design.
